Transition Work

Students entering Year 12 are expected to complete transition work, usually by the end of the second week of Autumn Term, but some subjects may have specific deadlines. The purpose of the transition work is to get you up and running with your A Level subjects and to identify strengths and weaknesses. For students doing new subjects it helps your teachers to identify how they can support you. Transition work also gets you in the habit of independent learning which is essential for success at A Level.
