On Monday 16th December, five Year 12 students attended the London regional round of the Ethics Cup at the London School of Economics. Although they just missed out on getting through to the semi-finals, they were resilient and articulate in discussing parental controls on books and what children are taught in schools, the ethics of strikes by teachers, whether works of literature should be edited or revised to remove offensive and out dated references, and the impact of Amazon on gift giving in society.

We will be back next year but are already looking forward to taking part in further debating competitions for A level students across London in 2025.

Leaders have developed an ambitious curriculum for all pupils. This includes for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
